DUTA GRAHA Recorded a 35.1% Increase in Sales During the Year 2008

The Company has Distributes Dividend of 20% from its Net Profit

Jakarta, 24 Juni 2009 -- PT Duta Graha Indah Tbk (Emitent Code BEI: DGIK), a private construction company with the highest profit margin in Indonesia has successfully recorded a 35.1% increase in sales at the end of 2008. The Company’s sales have grown to IDR 1.35 trillion in 2008 compared to IDR 1.00 trillion in 2007. Competence as a qualified contractor in the province, supported by 12 branch offices spread out in strategic cities, has made sales in provincial projects to give a contribution of 68.2% of Duta Graha’s total sales. In 2008 sales achieved in the provinces scored IDR 922.3 billion or a growth of 15.4% of the sales in provinces in 2007 worth IDR 799.02 billion.

Duta Graha Indah Acquires 54.1% in Revenue Increase

Jakarta, 3 November 2008 – PT Duta Graha Indah Tbk (Indonesia Stock Exchange's Listing Code: DGIK) records a significant increase of 54.1% from Rp. 607 billion in quarter III of 2007 to Rp. 936.4 billion in quarter III of 2008. Even currently, DGIK is one of the highest profit-grossing construction companies with the gross margin of 9.8% due to centralized strategy and efficiency which the company carries out.
